Welcome to the space! My wholehearted journey started in 2022 to uncover and unleash the authentic self . Becoming a parent is such a pivotal turning point in my life. Through the bitter-sweet parenting moments, I became conscious of the limitations that have boxed me. I tried to find ways to breath through, to break through and as an unexpected surprise, reconnected with my inner child on the way. We tumbled and struggled, like everyone does, and yet these struggles often turned out to be the most healing course. The juice of life sits in these messy imperfect moments- perfect as they are. This space is created to keep the footprints of this wholehearted life journey. Putting myself out there is terrifying and yet it is a commitment to live fully. And I hope these may give someone somewhere a bit courage walking out of the self-critic corner and appreciating the beauty within.
